We regret to inform that registration for PART 1 as for now is already closed. But do not be sad, as the registration for PART 2 has already opened!! :D

There are FOUR ways for you to register to us:

1) Personally register by following steps 1 & 2 given below;

2) Contact your respective University Representative, and the representative will collect your personal details and money. Next he or she will follow steps 1 & 2 given below;


3) Simply follow Step 1 ONLY and fill up the Fiqh Medic 2012 Registration form given below;

4) We will be opening the registration booth for Part 2 on 31st March 2012 - that is on the day of Fiqh Medic Part 1. Thus for those who will be attending Part 1, you are most welcomed to drop by! =)



Step 1:
Pay the total amount through CIMB account:

*a reminder for those who have already registered for Part 1, you will only need to pay RM15 (students) or RM30 (non-students)


Step 2:
Send us an email entitled "REGISTRATION FOR PART 2" containing your

iii) EMAIL ADDRESS
iv) UNIVERSITY/COLLEGE**
v)  COURSE**
vi) TOTAL OF PAYMENT
vii) DATE & TIME OF PAYMENT
viii)  PROOF OF PAYMENT (SCAN OF ATM RECEIPT/SCREENSHOT/ ETC)

Only 250 seats are provided.
Your registration number will be sent to you as a prove that your registration is successful.
Only those who had received their registration number is considered successfully registered.
